Mumbai: ABP News Network’s subsidiary ABP Majha organized the third edition of the grandiloquent and engaging campaign around the “Majha Maharashtra Swachh Maharashtra – Solapur Vishesh”. The campaign is in line with Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Devendra Fadnavis’ vision of a cleaner Maharashtra.
The all-encompassing fiesta of scintillating performances and cultural activities were organized in the cotton capital of Maharashtra, to spread awareness on adopting significant measures on environmental protection. The campaign was inaugurated by Shri. Trimbak Dhengale Patil, Dy Commissioner and Nodal Officer (Swacchha Bharat Mission Solapur Municipal Corporation) and Shri. Janmjayraje Buosale, President, (Shri Swami Samarth Anncharat Mandal Trust Akklkot). A series of activities unfolded at Park Chowk that witnessed festive gaiety and participation by exhilarated school kids, local stalwarts and distinguished guests from the city. The inauguration started with a stellar performance by a dance troupe from Mumbai, who enthralled the audience with a gig on the theme of cleanliness.
The city witnessed a mix of entertaining activities like dance, rap and street plays, used to spread awareness amongst the locals across key locations. Additionally, a felicitation ceremony was organized to recognize 15 local groups who had made significant contributions towards a cleaner Solapur. A panel discussion was also organized with prominent panelists like the following:

Eminent celebrities were part of the joyful moment and the vibrant commemoration and were interviewed on their take on promoting cleanliness in Maharashtra and Solapur. The entire razzmatazz will be aired on ABP Majha in form of an episode and will be aired on 24th March at 3:30 PM.
