Mumbai: Healthcare major Abbott India has onboarded Victoria D’Souza as Associate Marketing Director.
Prior to the new role she had a 11 years stint with Colgate- Palmolive where she started as a Corporate Intern in 2012 and went on to become the Senior Marketing Manager -Core – Colgate Master Brand & Colgate Strong Teeth
During her career with Colgate- Palmolive, D’Souza has worked in various roles in Colgate Palmolive including- Senior Marketing Manager – Naturals Portfolio where she was responsible for conceptualizing overall portfolio brand strategy reflective of deep consumer understanding.
During her internship with CP – D’Souza has conceptualized an IMC plan on brushing twice a day for the brand Colgate Dental Cream and during her social intenrnship with UNICEF, she conceptualized a marketing strategy to raise awareness of menstrual hygiene & promote the use of ‘Nirmal’ Sanitary Napkins.
