Mumbai: Star Plus is set to launch a new historic fantasy series Arambh on 24th June 2017 that is based on the centuries old drama of tussle between Dravidians and Aryans with the backdrop of Indus Valley Civilisation era.
Star Plus has scheduled the grand mega production at its 9:00 PM time band, replacing the existing show Koi “LautKeAyaHai”.
ShristiArya owned Production house Rose Audio Visuals is producing Aarambh. The company produced shows like Lipstick and Reporters in the past.
The show is scripted by the Bahubali fame writer KV Vijayendra Prasad and it will be a infinite series which will consist of 65 episodes and will be directed by famous director Goldie Behl and it will be filmed on a grand scale with opulent sets and outdoor shoots.
The main lead of Aarambh is popular actor RajneishDuggal on male front while actress Karthika Nair on the female front. RajneishDuggal has been former Mr. India and is known as acclaimed actor and Karthika Nair acted in few south Indian movies and is daughter of famous South actress Radha.
The battele between Dravidian clan heaed by Devasena (Karthika Nair) and Aryan clan heaed by Varundev (RajneishDuggal) results in a unexpected twist that forms the rest of the story of Aarambh.
