New Delhi : Maxus has hired a head of marketing effectiveness for the region as the GroupM media agency looks to build its credentials in data and analytics.
Based in Delhi, Sandeep Pandey joins Maxus from Mindshare, where he was principal partner, business planning, for just under ten years.
Pandey said: “I have worked with GroupM for almost 10 years and really like the space we have captured in data and analytics. In my new role I am excited about working with teams across markets to strengthen our Effectiveness (Data and Analytics) practice for our clients.”
Ajit Varghese, CEO, Maxus Asia Pacific, said: “In all the years that I have known Sandeep, he is an experienced professional, a keen practitioner in the data and analytics space and extremely focussed on client delight. He is already made a huge difference to the Maxus team and product in the few months he has been here. Our focus now will be improving our ability in the integration of big data, social space and brand analytics so that we can connect data with actions and business”.
Before joining Mindshare, Pandey worked for business analytics firm SmartAnalyst.
