Mumbai: With Goafest 2025 on the horizon, India’s premier festival for the advertising, marketing, and media industry is all set to turn up the volume with the return of its much-anticipated music talent showcase — Advertising Rocks Season 3. This year, the competition promises to be bigger, bolder, and more electrifying, shining a spotlight on the hidden musical talents of the creative industry.
Open to both solo and duet performances, Advertising Rocks offers a multi-stage format, where shortlisted participants will compete through successive rounds, culminating in a live grand finale at Goafest 2025. Finalists will not only get a platform to perform live at one of the industry’s biggest events but will also receive complimentary access to Goafest 2025.
The stakes are high this season. Solo winners stand to win INR 50,000 and INR 25,000 for first and second place respectively, while duet winners can win INR 1,00,000 and INR 50,000 for their top performances.

Speaking about the return of the event, Jaideep Gandhi, Chairman of the Goafest 2025 Organising Committee and Founder of Another Idea, said, “Advertising Rocks has evolved into a platform that celebrates the creative spirit of our industry beyond work! After two successful seasons, this year’s event is set to raise the bar, delivering a spectacle that blends creativity with entertainment in a way only the advertising industry can. Season 3 is surely going to be the most thrilling yet!”

Adding his enthusiasm for the expanded format, Subhash Kamath, Former CEO of BBH and curator of ‘Advertising Rocks’, noted, “This is the 3rd year of Advertising Rocks and we’ve seen some terrific performances in the past. We want to make it bigger this year, so we’ve introduced ‘duets’ as a category this time. I’m looking forward to seeing more and more people showcasing their musical talents and I urge every agency to encourage their youngsters to come forward and participate!”
To enter, participants must submit their audition videos by April 30, 2025. Those who qualify will move to the semi-final round — a live performance before a jury panel at Goafest. From there, four finalists from each category will take the stage at the grand finale, where winners will be determined based on a combination of jury scores and audience votes.
Registrations for Advertising Rocks Season 3 are now open, inviting agency professionals, marketers, and media talents from across the industry to tune up and turn the spotlight on their musical talents.
