Mumbai: Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has announced the appointment of Shweta Jha as Managing Director within its Business Transformation Services practice. The move reflects the firm’s continued focus on expanding its financial services capabilities and delivering high-impact, technology-driven solutions to its clients.
Jha brings with her over 18 years of experience across consulting and operational roles in the financial services sector. Her areas of expertise include operational efficiency, cost transformation, data and technology modernization, risk management, and the design of digital enterprise journeys. She has led multiple large-scale initiatives involving operating model redesign and organizational structuring with a strong emphasis on embedding analytics and AI into core business processes.
Her previous stints include roles at Booz & Company (now Strategy&), Accenture, and most recently at Deutsche Bank, where she led the internal global strategy team from Mumbai.
