Mumbai: Siya Wadhwan has joined Boldfit as the Head of Brand Marketing, marking a new chapter in her career after a four-year tenure at boAt.
In her new role at Boldfit, Wadhwan will focus on leveraging her expertise in brand building, product marketing, and consumer insights to accelerate the company’s growth in India’s highly competitive fitness and sportswear industry.
Reflecting on her journey at boAt, Wadhwan shared on LinkedIn, “Campaign after campaign, never realized we had built more than just a brand—we built something iconic. That’s what my journey has been at boAt lifestyle. Bidding adieu to this incredible journey, a dream for any marketer, and extremely grateful for the team that has become like family.”

During her tenure at boAt, Wadhwan played a crucial role in product marketing and strategic partnerships, helping drive the brand’s exponential growth from ₹800 crore to over ₹23,000 crore in revenue. She was instrumental in scaling the brand’s Audio and Smartwatch categories (2021-2024), overseeing major product launches and marketing campaigns.
Before boAt, she worked as a Brand Manager in the Kitchen Category at Bajaj Electricals, where she spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and new product development strategies, particularly in South India for Bajaj and Morphy Richards brands.
Wadhwan holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing and Communications from MICA and a bachelor’s degree in HR and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune.
