Mumbai: ZEE has launched its latest Women’s Day campaign, ‘Tum Ho Lovely’—a powerful initiative that challenges conventional beauty norms and redefines what it truly means to be ‘lovely.’ The campaign shifts the focus from physical appearance to qualities like intelligence, resilience, kindness, and individuality, inspiring women to embrace their authentic selves.
From childhood, girls are often praised for their looks, subtly linking their self-worth to external validation. Recognizing this societal conditioning, ZEE partnered with Curativity to create a compelling narrative that celebrates women beyond their appearance, emphasizing their achievements and strength instead.
The campaign aligns with ZEE’s legacy of progressive storytelling, reflected in its content across platforms. Shows like Zee TV’s Vasudha, which portrays a young woman’s journey to dignity and acceptance, Zee Bangla’s Phulki, about a girl defying societal barriers to become a boxer, and Zee Telugu’s Padamati Sandhya Ragam, which follows siblings challenging conventions, exemplify this commitment. On ZEE5, Mrs. resonates with modern audiences by exploring ambition and self-discovery beyond marriage.
The ‘Tum Ho Lovely’ brand film features women from diverse backgrounds embracing their authenticity, celebrating their achievements, and rejecting societal limitations. It serves as a reminder that a woman’s worth is not defined by how she looks, but by who she is.

Kartik Mahadev, CMO, ZEE’s Content SBU, shared, “At ZEE, our stories mirror society’s evolving values, portraying characters that embody strength, resilience, and individuality. ‘Tum Ho Lovely’ is inspired by young women shaping a new reality—defining their worth through intellect, kindness, and creativity, rather than just appearance. It’s a call to embrace your true self and recognize the extraordinary within.”
Amer Jaleel, Chairman and Co-Founder, Curativity, added, “We work with the Zee brand on several projects and our understanding of their audiences has really evolved over our interactions. For Women’s Day our team specifically wanted something simple yet untapped. The idea that women are beautiful and beautiful beyond beauty just seemed so right and on point for us. The song and bounce in the treatment just pays a vibrant tribute to this idea without the normal belabouring of socially relevant work. When Zee celebrates what we see around us, we manage the loveliest little change!”
This Women’s Day, ZEE invites everyone to be part of the #TumHoLovely movement—encouraging people to celebrate the incredible women in their lives, not just for how they look, but for the strength, passion, and individuality they bring to the world. Because true beauty isn’t just seen—it’s felt in all that a woman is and does.
