Mumbai: Value 360 Communications, an integrated communications firm, has appointed veteran financial strategist Keshav Shanbhag as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the company gears up for its public listing, Shanbhag will oversee financial strategy, investor relations, and overall financial health, ensuring a seamless transition into the public markets.

This development follows the successful closure of the company’s pre-IPO investment round, which saw participation from Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi and other prominent investors. With plans to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for an SME IPO, the company is strengthening its leadership team to navigate the next phase of growth.
With over 17 years of expertise in capital markets, IPOs, M&A transactions, and business transformations, Shanbhag has held leadership roles at MCX, IN10 Media, and Dentsu Aegis Network. His instrumental role in MCX’s IPO, which was recognized as the ‘Best Mid-Cap Equity Deal’ in the APAC region, further solidifies his credentials as a strategic finance leader.
