Mumbai: Dentsu India has made significant strategic appointments to strengthen its Customer Experience Management (CXM) practice, reaffirming its commitment to delivering innovative, integrated solutions that accelerate growth for clients.
The agency has appointed Devang Shah as Chief Business Officer, Consumer, Industrials & Commerce, and Hemant Kshirsagar as Chief Business Officer, Financial Services & FinTech. These new roles mark a crucial step in Dentsu India’s ambition to become a leading Marketing X Tech X Consulting powerhouse.
In their respective roles, Devang will focus on leading the non-BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, nurturing client relationships, and driving overall growth. Additionally, he will spearhead the agency’s efforts to expand into the luxury and precious jewellery sectors. Meanwhile, Hemant will focus on developing and enhancing Dentsu India’s capabilities within the Financial Services and FinTech industries, bringing his extensive knowledge to drive growth and value for clients in these sectors.
Both leaders bring a wealth of experience to their new roles. Devang comes with over 18 years of expertise in digital marketing and commerce, having successfully led growth for top brands such as Gabriel & Co., Titan, Nokia, EY, and KPMG. Hemant, with 17 years in the FinTech and digital strategy space, has held key positions at Bain, EY, and PwC, contributing significantly to the development of high-impact strategies and initiatives.
