Mumbai: Ipsos, a global market research and advisory company, has secured two prestigious accolades at the Market Research Society of India (MRSI) Golden Key Awards 2024, winning The Most Effective Storyteller and The Best Developmental Research awards. The MRSI Golden Key Awards celebrate excellence in India’s market research and insights industry, recognizing outstanding contributions and innovations.
Ipsos jointly won the Most Effective Storyteller award with IKEA for crafting impactful consumer engagement stories. The award recognized their collaboration in bringing consumer segments to life through immersive experiences and interactive storytelling. By working closely with IKEA’s Country Customer and Consumer Insights team, Ipsos helped provide a shared understanding of IKEA’s diverse customer base, their needs, and how the company’s broad product range could meet those needs. The winning team from IKEA was led by Naina Jayarajan (Country Customer and Consumer Insights Manager, IKEA India), along with Joel Agustin and Jyoti Jayaraman. The Ipsos team featured Garima Mall (Executive Director, Innovation), Jeevika Kapadia, Sangya Chandra, Namrata Kalliath, and Prerana N.
The second award, Best Developmental Research, was presented to Ipsos for its Transformative Inclusion Insights Study. The study, commissioned by the Directorate of Adi Dravidar Welfare, focused on a socio-economic baseline survey among the marginalized community of Putthrai Vannar. Using a stakeholder and community engagement approach, Ipsos mapped the geographies where the community resides and gathered insights into their needs. These insights will inform the department’s outreach strategies and help shape welfare policies and interventions. The winning Ipsos Public Affairs team included Tripti Sharma (Director, Public Affairs), Gangotri Dash, Sivaram Lalgudi, and V. Karpagam.
