Mumbai: Billion Electric Mobility (BillionE), an E-Mobility as a Service (eMaaS) platform, has appointed industry veteran Pirojshaw Sarkari (Phil) as the Lead of its Advisory Council. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in logistics and supply chain management, Phil’s expertise will be instrumental in scaling Billion Electric’s infrastructure and accelerating EV adoption across commercial transportation networks.
In this pivotal role, Phil will focus on developing an extensive EV charging network along major highways, enabling seamless operations for electric trucks and buses. His vast experience in building high-growth logistics networks will help strengthen Billion Electric’s ecosystem, ensuring greater reliability, accessibility, and efficiency for commercial EV users.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Pirojshaw Sarkari (Phil) has been at the forefront of India’s logistics transformation. He played a pivotal role in establishing global giants Aramex and UPS in India and was the founding CEO of Mahindra Logistics, where he led operations for nearly a decade. Alongside his leadership roles, Phil has been an active angel investor, supporting emerging startups through Inflection Point Ventures.
