Mumbai: Dentsu India has announced key leadership appointments to drive innovation and growth across its marketing, technology, and consulting services. Sujata Dwibedy has been promoted to CEO of dentsu X, while Jose Leon takes over as CEO of Retail Media Business.
Both leaders will report to Anita Kotwani, CEO Media, South Asia, dentsu, and will play pivotal roles in advancing the network’s #OneDentsu vision, fostering deeper client partnerships, and delivering market-leading solutions.
With over 26 years of experience in strategy, planning, research, buying, and innovation, Sujata will drive dentsu X’s integrated excellence across media, technology, and creative services. Her expertise in crafting results-driven strategies positions her to scale dentsu X’s offerings and cement its market leadership.

His leadership will further expand dentsu’s capabilities in New Stream Media, combining consultation, implementation, and activation to create impactful retail solutions.
