Bengaluru: Indo National Limited, the manufacturer of the iconic consumer electrical brand Nippo, has announced an organisational restructuring as part of its strategic push for growth and diversification into new-age enterprises. The company has elevated Pavan Kumar BVS to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and appointed industry veteran Binu Sekhar as Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
Pavan Kumar, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), will now oversee the overall strategy, operations, and business transformation for Indo National Limited. Having played a key role in driving the company’s growth since joining, his promotion reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership as it expands its reach both domestically and internationally.

In line with its diversification strategy, Indo National Limited has also appointed Binu Sekhar as CSO, who will lead sales and drive profitable growth across multiple channels including general trade, modern trade, institution, and CSD channels. Binu brings nearly two decades of experience in sales and distribution across FMCG, FMCD, and telecom industries, having previously held leadership roles at Intergrow Brands Pvt Ltd, CavinKare, and Vodafone. His expertise in market share growth and operational excellence will play a crucial role in scaling Indo National Limited’s presence in both domestic and international markets.
