Founded in 2021 and supported by Lumikai, India’s premier interactive media and gaming-focused venture capital fund, CloudFeather quickly became a significant player in the gaming tech space. The company built a multi-card game network and developed crucial technical infrastructure, including server systems and wallet integration tools, aimed at empowering gaming platforms. With this acquisition, MPL plans to leverage CloudFeather’s robust technology stack to enhance its platform’s tech capabilities, further bolstering its offerings for over 120 million users across India, the US, and Nigeria.
