Bengaluru: Niraamaya Wellness Retreats has appointed Gourav Deb as its new Chief of Operations. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and ITES sectors, Gourav has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at top-tier brands such as Radisson Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, The LaLiT, and Firstsource Solutions Limited.
Gourav’s extensive career began in 1995 with TGI Fridays in India. Over the years, he has held leadership roles across a range of prestigious organizations, consistently delivering outstanding results and fostering a culture of operational success. He is a graduate of the Hotel School (IHM Gwalior, 1995) and holds a PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
