SAN MATEO: Freshworks Inc. has appointed Srinivasan “Srini” Raghavan as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO), bringing over two decades of leadership experience in the enterprise SaaS industry. Srini will oversee Freshworks’ product strategy and vision, focusing on scaling the company’s AI-powered solutions for customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX). He will join the Freshworks executive management team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer and President, Dennis Woodside.

Srini most recently served as Chief Product Officer at RingCentral, where he expanded the company’s portfolio by introducing new cloud-based solutions for contact centers, marketing, and sales intelligence. Prior to that, as Senior Vice President of Product at Five9, Srini led the development of AI-powered digital engagement and automation solutions, including a platform for workflow automation, virtual agents, and assistive tools for contact center agents. Earlier in his career, Srini held strategy and product leadership roles at Cisco, working in the Applications Software and Collaboration Business units. His engineering background, coupled with extensive experience in product management, user experience, and corporate strategy, equips him with the expertise to drive innovation at Freshworks.

Srini holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
