New Delhi: Rungta Steel, a name in India’s steel and TMT bar manufacturing industry, has unveiled its fifth TVC series featuring Bollywood superstars and brand ambassadors Shahrukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor.
The new commercial takes a light-hearted approach, highlighting how relationships may waver, but homes built on the solid foundation of Rungta Steel remain unshaken. Set in a marriage counseling session, the ad features a humorous narrative where the couple, played by Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, seek advice from therapist Shahrukh Khan. Alia, portraying the fiery character of ‘Safeena’ from Gully Boy, confronts the fun-loving ‘Bunny’ from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, played by Ranbir, who struggles with keeping promises. The couple turns to Shahrukh Khan’s calm and wise ‘Jahangir Khan’ from Dear Zindagi for guidance.
In a memorable scene, Ranbir expresses his discomfort, saying, “Us din sunset dekhne chhajja par chadha aur tute gaya, I don’t feel safe.” Alia humorously responds, “Kisne kaha ghar ke deewar par rock climbing karne ko?” To which Shahrukh delivers the iconic line, “Isko ghar pe lagaoge to shaadi ka to pata nahi, par ghar kabhi nahi tutega. Rungta nahin to ghar strong nahin,” underscoring the strength and reliability of Rungta Steel’s products.
The TVC highlights Rungta Steel’s unwavering commitment to quality, positioning the brand as a trusted leader in India’s infrastructure sector.
Speaking about the campaign, Arvind Kumar, Joint Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing at Rungta Steel, said, “Our goal has always been to create campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience while showcasing the unmatched trust and durability of our products. This campaign marks another milestone in our journey as we continue to expand our presence in new markets across India.”
The campaign is scripted by comedian and YouTuber Tanmay Bhat’s content studio, Moonshot, which brings a fresh and relatable touch to the TVC.
