New Delhi: NODWIN Gaming, a new-age youth entertainment, gaming, and esports platform, and a material subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited, has announced the acquisition of Trinity Gaming, a gaming agency and platform MCN (Multi-Channel Network)/ CSP (Creator Service Provider) in a deal valued at INR 24 Crore. The acquisition marks a significant step in expanding NODWIN Gaming’s reach and capabilities within the Indian gaming and content ecosystem.
This deal will see Trinity Gaming become a fully owned subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming, with the founders continuing to lead the business. The acquisition is structured as a combination of a secondary sale and stock swap of NODWIN Gaming shares, with a total consideration of up to INR 24 Crores. The consideration will be paid partly in cash (up to INR 4.8 Crores) and partly in equity shares of NODWIN Gaming (up to INR 19.2 Crores).
Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming has established itself as a key player in India’s gaming influencer ecosystem. As a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and the only Gaming MCN for YouTube in India, Trinity Gaming manages over 1,000 creators across the country. The company has formed prominent partnerships with global brands like Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton, excelling in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activations.
With the acquisition, NODWIN Gaming plans to expand Trinity’s portfolio into emerging markets like Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East, capitalizing on the existing businesses and verticals of NODWIN Gaming. Additionally, NODWIN Gaming will merge its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity, with Trinity’s founders continuing to lead the integrated entity.
