Mumbai: Deconstruct, a science-based skincare brand, has launched a revolutionary “Skincare Internship” campaign. This unique initiative is designed to encourage skincare beginners to explore and try skincare routines comfortably. Deconstruct’s commitment to empowering everyone to embark on their skincare journey is the foundation of this groundbreaking campaign.
The internship is open to all individuals over 18, regardless of their prior skincare knowledge. The mission is to break down the barriers that make skincare feel overwhelming and promote it as a daily habit, just like brushing your teeth every morning. Along with a substantial financial incentive, the program also encourages participants to develop healthier relationships with their skin by embracing consistent skincare routines.
True to its values, Deconstruct’s internship is inclusive, reserving 50% of the spots for male participants. This bold move challenges the long-standing perception that skincare is exclusively for women. The brand aims to normalize skincare for all genders, ages, and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels confident in beginning their skincare journey. By offering personalized skincare routines and products tailored to individual skin types and concerns, Deconstruct aims to make skincare accessible and empowering for everyone.
Participants can join the internship from anywhere, making it easy to integrate skincare practices into their daily routines without interrupting their regular jobs or commitments. Each intern will be guided by dedicated skincare coaches and industry-renowned dermatologists, ensuring they gain practical experience in building and maintaining effective skincare habits.

Applications for the internship are now open, featuring a thorough three-stage selection process. The process includes a registration and screening round, video submissions, and personal interviews. The final selection will involve six to ten interns who will participate in a 30-60 day experience focused entirely on skincare.
Apart from the satisfaction of improved skin health, the selected interns will enjoy enticing rewards, including a stipend of INR 1 lakh, product hampers, social media features, and opportunities for pre-placement interviews in brand marketing. The internship will also include expert-led sessions with dermatologists, allowing participants to deepen their skincare knowledge.
