Gurugram: Nissan Motor India (NMIPL) has announced the appointment and role expansion of Abhishek Arora as Director – Dealer Network Development and Customer Quality Training (DND-CQT), effective 14 November 2024. In addition to his current responsibilities as Director – Transformation & New Projects, Abhishek will now also oversee Nissan’s channel development and management efforts, driving strategic initiatives to ensure the company’s network is future-ready for upcoming product launches.
Abhishek Arora, who joined Nissan in September 2024, had been given interim charge of the DND-CQT function in October 2024. In his expanded role, he will continue to lead transformation projects while also focusing on strengthening Nissan’s dealer network and enhancing customer quality training. His vast experience managing premium automotive networks will significantly contribute to the company’s India CBU (Completely Built Unit) business and its market presence.
Before joining Nissan, Abhishek held key leadership roles at Audi India, where he led several crucial functions including Network Development, Business Management, Sales Training, and the Used Car Business. He also brings experience from General Motors, Tata Motors, and Honda Motorcycles, further enriching his expertise in channel sales, planning, and managing premium car networks.
