Mumbai: Swiggy has appointed Kanika Tiwari as the new Head of Monetization for Instamart, marking a significant step in her career. Kanika brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as Director of Strategy and Growth at Flipkart Ads, where she played a key role in driving the company’s advertising business and growth strategies.
Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Kanika expressed her excitement, stating, “I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Swiggy – Instamart as Head of Monetization. Kanika’s career spans several notable roles, including her tenure as Business Development Manager – Key Account Manager at Rivigo in 2016, and her first stint at Flipkart in 2015. She started her professional journey as an Engineer at Ericsson in 2011. With expertise in Innovation Management, Digital Marketing, Growth Strategies, Strategic Partnerships, and Ad Tech, Kanika is well-equipped to spearhead Instamart’s monetization strategies.
A graduate of the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, with a PGDM in Marketing, Kanika’s leadership at Swiggy is expected to bring a fresh perspective to its monetization efforts, strengthening its position in the competitive e-commerce and online grocery market.
