Bengaluru: Eunity Partners, a global advisory, consulting, and executive search firm, has expanded to the Indian market as part of its broader strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia. This move underscores the firm’s commitment to addressing the increasing demand for executive talent and leadership consulting in India, one of the world’s fastest-growing business hubs.
Eunity’s entry into India comes at a time when businesses in the country are navigating rapid transformation, requiring agile, strategic leadership and deep local insights. Known for its hands-on client partnering approach, Eunity focuses on long-term support, integrating consultant and client teams to implement strategic programs that drive sustained growth and transformation. The firm’s offerings span operations and supply chain, human resources, go-to-market strategies, and technology consulting, with a strong emphasis on implementation.
“India represents a major milestone in our global growth strategy,” said Maxwell King, Managing Partner at Eunity Partners. “The country’s rapidly changing market and its need for premier executive talent make it a significant focus for us. We are delighted to have Farhan Ahmed Hazarika on board to lead our India operations. His deep expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development aligns with our commitment to impactful leadership. We are confident he will bring valuable insights to our clients and develop innovative consulting solutions in the region.”
As part of this strategic growth, Eunity has appointed Farhan Ahmed Hazarika as Associate Partner to spearhead the firm’s management consulting services in human resources and people management in India. Farhan brings over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, organizational growth, and people strategy. Prior to joining Eunity, he was Head of HR at Teachmint, where he played a key role in scaling the company’s talent operations. Farhan’s earlier roles include Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Meesho, where he built key product teams and drove campus engagement, and Head of Talent Acquisition at 91Springboard.
Farhan Ahmed Hazarika said, “I am excited to join Eunity Partners at a time when strategic talent solutions are vital to India’s dynamic business environment. My goal is to empower clients with innovative strategies that foster sustainable growth and long-term success.”
Eunity’s strategic focus on emerging markets aligns with its broader mission to support global companies with operations, aspirations, and connections in regions with high growth potential. The firm has already attracted notable leaders from across industries, including Ian Golding, former Group CIO of ERM, who joined as a CxO Advisor, and Adrien Gaubert, Co-Founder of the diversity talent platform myGwork. In August 2024, Javier Simon Leon, former Director of Consulting at Henkel LATAM, was appointed as Associate Partner, further strengthening the firm’s expertise in emerging markets.
As part of its expansion in India, Eunity Partners aims to serve Indian companies by blending its global expertise with deep local insights to support their growth, transformation, and talent management initiatives.
