New Delhi: Adobe and Microsoft have announced new innovations in their longstanding partnership, aimed at empowering marketing teams with advanced tools to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale and accelerate business outcomes.
At Microsoft Ignite 2024, the companies introduced two key initiatives to enhance marketing productivity. The first is the Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot, a generative AI-powered tool that seamlessly integrates Adobe’s marketing capabilities into Microsoft 365 applications like Teams, Word, and PowerPoint. This integration allows marketing teams to work more efficiently by staying in their natural flow of work, accessing Adobe Experience Cloud insights and managing campaigns directly within Microsoft apps.

Now, we are excited to extend these capabilities into Microsoft 365, where marketers do much of their work, so they can easily access the power of Adobe Experience Cloud to improve business outcomes.”
The Adobe Marketing Agent also works with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to unlock smarter marketing insights. Marketers can now interact with their data using natural language prompts and instantly uncover insights, all while simplifying reporting in PowerPoint. This integration empowers marketing teams to create real-time, data-driven reports and optimize campaign performance efficiently.

Additionally, the companies are continuing their collaboration with the Adobe Experience Platform Federated Audience Composition, integrating Microsoft Fabric to give marketers expanded access to critical datasets for creating high-value audiences. This joint solution allows businesses to manage and visualize data seamlessly, making it easier to create more accurate, data-driven marketing strategies and activate audiences in real-time.
