New Delhi: IndiaMART, an online B2B marketplace, has appointed Saurabh Deep Singla as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership transformation, Saurabh is set to drive IndiaMART’s HR strategy and foster a high-performance culture within the company.
Prior to joining IndiaMART, Saurabh was the Global Head of HR for upGrad, where he was instrumental in shaping HR practices and building talent strategies that aligned with the company’s rapid growth. Saurabh has also worked with leading brands such as Ecom Express, Rio Tinto, Yum! Restaurants, Whirlpool, and Airtel, developing people strategies that focus on innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
At IndiaMART, Saurabh will oversee all HR-related initiatives, including organization design, leadership development, employer branding, and fostering a culture that prioritizes employee engagement and success. His leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning IndiaMART’s business goals with strategic HR practices, enabling the company to continue its growth and strengthen its organizational culture.
