Mumbai: Havas CX, the global customer experience network within Havas, accelerates its expansion with the opening of a new office in Singapore, bolstering its presence across Southeast Asia. This move adds to a global network of 18 major Havas Villages, including key hubs in London, Paris, New York, and Mumbai.
The Singapore expansion will integrate the user experience (UX) and design expertise of Think Design with the technological and digital transformation capabilities of Ekino, a specialist that has been operating in the region since 2017.

To create a seamless brand experience through the integration of creativity, design, and technology, Think Design will work closely with BLKJ Havas, supported by Ekino’s robust tech capabilities to deliver innovative, impactful solutions that enables brands to better engage with their audiences. This will be jointly led by Deepali Saini, CEO of Think Design, and Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO of BLKJ Havas. Both will continue to report into Rana Barua.
