Anuja Donde Salunkhe has been promoted to Associate Vice President – Talent & Transformation at Publicis Media, marking a significant milestone in her career at the company. Anuja, who previously held the position of Director – Talent & Transformation, shared the news of her promotion with her professional network via LinkedIn, expressing her gratitude and excitement for the new role.

Anuja has been a key part of Publicis Media since 2014, beginning her career with the company as an Assistant Manager – Human Resources. Over the years, her journey has seen consistent growth, and she has built a strong foundation in the areas of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and HR Operations.
Anuja holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai, which has further enhanced her capabilities in fostering talent and leading organizational transformation.
As the new AVP – Talent & Transformation, Anuja will continue to lead key initiatives aimed at empowering Publicis Media’s workforce, fostering a culture of growth, and driving strategic HR functions to elevate the company’s talent management practices.
