Mumbai: Rediffusion, a leading name in the advertising and marketing landscape, has announced the appointment of Rishu Verma as the Agency’s Senior Vice President and the CEO of its newly launched vertical, Konjo. This specialist agency will focus on providing strategic insights and brand assistance to Indian startups, helping them scale to new heights.
Based in Mumbai, Rishu will oversee several of the Agency’s existing businesses while leading Konjo. His role will encompass driving business growth, managing operations, and nurturing client relationships across his portfolio.
With nearly two decades of experience in the advertising sector, Rishu joins Rediffusion from dentsu Malaysia, where he served as Integrated Client Partner for major clients including Toyota and Telekom Malaysia. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in stabilizing and growing these top-tier brands.
Rishu’s diverse background includes notable stints at leading agencies such as Ogilvy, JWT, Leo Burnett, and BBDO. He has also contributed to TATA Motors, where he was responsible for marketing its entire range of commercial vehicles across India. His expertise spans several well-known Indian brands, including Cadbury (Perk, 5 Star, Gems), Vodafone, ITC Tobacco brands, and TATA Tiscon Rebars.
