Mumbai: Organic by MSL, the digital communications practice of MSL India, has announced strategic leadership changes aimed at enhancing client service in an ever-evolving media landscape. With a robust team of 150 professionals, Organic stands at the intersection of creativity, communications, and platforms, reaching diverse audiences across multiple touchpoints.
The agency has experienced steady growth, marked by unique offerings and significant client acquisitions, culminating in over 20 awards in the past year alone. Tushar Bajaj, Managing Director of Organic by MSL, expressed his excitement about the promotions, stating, “I am delighted to share the promotions of our two leaders in shaping the future of Organic. Vidhi Thakur has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Organic by MSL, while also leading the integrated Social Sector practice, Mobilise. With over a decade of experience at the firm, including a tenure in MSL Hong Kong, Vidhi has played a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and operational efficiencies. In her new position, she will integrate core capabilities across the digital team and spearhead strategic growth initiatives. “I am deeply honoured to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Organic by MSL. MSL is where I have had the privilege to grow and evolve alongside an incredible team, witnessing firsthand the agency’s transformation and our remarkable achievements together,” she commented.
Srishti Gairola has been elevated to National Creative Director, in addition to her current role as Executive Vice President overseeing the west region for Organic by MSL. Her extensive experience in crafting creative solutions in India and Singapore will be instrumental as she drives the agency’s expanded creative capabilities. Srishti aims to innovate within marketing and corporate communications, helping clients navigate the saturated content landscape.
