In a significant strategic initiative to enhance its data-driven marketing capabilities, Havas India has officially launched CSA, the global technology, data, and analytics division of Havas. This move is designed to empower brands to leverage customer data more effectively and drive sustainable business growth.
As part of this initiative, Havas India has merged PivotConsult, the strategic consulting arm of PivotRoots, into CSA India. PivotConsult, which boasts a 55-member team, has a proven track record of delivering results for prestigious clients, including Kotak Bank, Bisleri, Wildcraft, Coca-Cola, and Samsung.
Gaurav Seth has been appointed as Managing Partner to lead CSA India’s operations, reporting to Shibu Shivanandan, CEO and founder of PivotRoots. Gaurav will be based in Mumbai.
CSA’s entry into the Indian market promises to blend global expertise with local insights, addressing the unique challenges faced by clients. By offering a holistic view of marketing performance, CSA aims to help brands maximize their return on investment, regardless of their current stage in data maturity.
