Mumbai: Jigsaw Brand Consultants, a strategic consultancy specializing in consumer research and brand planning, has appointed Ishita M Desai as Insights & Strategy Director.
Ishita holds a Master’s in Marketing and brings a wealth of experience in brand growth and consumer insights. She began her career in business development at global giants like L’Oréal and Unilever before moving to qualitative research at Ipsos in 2014. Over the years, she has become adept in consumer behavior analysis, utilizing AI-driven Quant-Qual methodologies and gaining expertise in brand tracking.
Her key skills include communication and creative testing, product innovation, and brand equity evaluation. Ishita has collaborated with prominent brands such as TATA Motors, Mondelez, Ferrero, and IKEA, playing a crucial role in driving brand growth and innovation across various categories.
