Rajiv Dubey has been given an expanded role as Vice President at Dabur India, where he will now oversee brand activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
Alongside his current role in media strategy and execution, Rajiv Dubey will focus on crafting truly engaging brand experiences for customers, further enhancing Dabur’s connection with its audience.
He oversees media spending across a range of platforms and channels, including TV, digital, print, radio, outdoor, and both consumer and trade activations, aiming to achieve optimal ROI and growth for the company’s diverse brand portfolio.
Over the course of more than three decades, Dabur has enhanced Dubey’s skill set and expertise through various roles.
His core competencies encompass media planning and buying, modern media and technology, digital transformation, marketing technology, and industry best practices.
Dubey joined Dabur in 1994 as a media manager. He played a key role in establishing Adbur, Dabur’s in-house agency, and worked directly with major broadcasters such as All India Radio, Doordarshan, Zee, and Star Network, as well as newspaper groups like the Times of India.
