Mumbai: Cricket team Saint Lucia Kings, owned by KPH Dream Cricket Pvt Ltd, the consortium that owns Punjab Kings, has announced FREEMANS Tools as a principal sponsor for the upcoming Caribbean Premier League (CPL). FMI Limited is the pioneer and the largest manufacturer of Measuring Tools in the Indian subcontinent.
Their diverse product line includes an extensive selection of Hand Tools and Power Tools. Marketed under the FREEMANS brand since 1950, the products meet the highest international quality standards. They are well established in over 60 countries worldwide and are amongst the first non-European companies to obtain CE (MID) certification for their measuring tools.
In this twelfth edition of the CPL, the annual Cricket Twenty20 league will run from 30 August to 7 October 2024. The tournament consists of six teams competing for the title.
Throughout the event, players and coaches of the Saint Lucia Kings will sport the FREEMANS logo on the leading arm of their playing and training jerseys.

Saint Lucia was one of the six teams formed in 2013 for the inaugural season of the tournament. Over the last 4 seasons, the Saint Lucia Kings have made 2 finals appearances and 2 knockouts. Presently, the team is mentored and coached by Daren Sammy – the former captain of the West Indies national cricket team. The Saint Lucia Kings team is captained by former South Africa Captain Faf Du Plessis.
