Zepto launched a brand film titled ‘Mujhe Kya Milega’ last Monday, reflecting the common Indian question. The film depicts a man who frequently asks this question until he learns that Zepto is giving customers a free return gift for its birthday. This in-house campaign highlights Zepto’s commitment to customer appreciation.
Celebrating with First Customers and Longest Serving Delivery Partners
Zepto co-founders, Aadit Palicha (CEO) and Kaivalya Vohra, held a birthday celebration last Friday in Mumbai and Bangalore. They invited first customers and long-serving delivery partners for a special meet and greet, acknowledging the enduring relationships cultivated over Zepto’s three-year journey. This event highlighted the importance of these partnerships and the valuable contributions made by early supporters and dedicated partners.
Customer Giveaways and Social Media Buzz
During the ‘Mujhe Kya Milega’ celebration, Zepto gave over 8 lakh return gifts to customers who ordered on July 13-14, sparking joy. Third Wave Coffee offered a special Zepto birthday deal, aligning with our third anniversary. 100+ brands, like Coca-Cola India and Kit Kat India, wished Zepto on social media, showing their support and creating a buzz.
Engaging Customers with Music and Contests
Zepto also created a special ‘party playlist’ on Spotify, which garnered over 2,500 saves on the music app and Zepto’s in-app story asking patrons to guess ‘what’s in the box?’ received over 40,000 responses. To further engage customers, Ariel launched a contest on the Zepto app offering a chance to win an iPhone 15. The lucky winners of the contest were Akash Sethiya, Mumbai; Jisha Pradeesh Nair, Mumbai and Rohit Kumar, Bangalore.
