Cuddles Foundation has appointed Varsha Ojha as Chief Marketing Officer. She previously worked for Shemaroo Entertainment as Head of Marketing and Communications.
Announcing the new role on her LinkedIn handle, Ojha shared, “I am thrilled to share that I have embarked on a new journey as the Chief Marketing Officer at Cuddles Foundation. After an incredible innings in the Media & Entertainment industry across Shemaroo Entertainment, Radio City, Midday, Group M, Walt Disney Television, Sony TV, and others; this marks a significant and purposeful shift.
This role at Cuddles Foundation is not just a professional milestone but a deeply personal one. It allows me to channel my marketing expertise and passion towards supporting children battling with cancer. The opportunity to make a tangible difference in these children’s lives resonates deeply with my personal experiences and passions.

Prior to this, Ojha associated with Shemaroo Entertainment as Head of Marketing and Communications – OTT, Digital, Broadcast & Syndication, between 2022 and 2024. Before this, she worked for Radio City & Mid-Day as National Head – Brand & Digital Marketing from 2010 to 2022. She also worked for Zoom Entertainment Network as Chief Manager – Marketing between 2009 and 2010.
Previous to her stint with Zoom Entertainment, Ojha served for Hindustan Times as Marketing Communications Head from 2008 to 2009. Prior to this, she associated with SET India as Senior Marketing Manager between 2006 and 2008. Before this, she also positioned as Manager (Marketing & Research) at Walt Disney from 2004 to 2006. She began his career as Business Manager at Maxus since 2002.
Ohja brings decades of professional experience with a proven track record as Business and Marketing leader. She has expertise in brand strategy, transforming digital marketing, driving subscriber growth and orchestrating compelling communications across the entire gamut of M&E Industry.
