New Delhi: Sleepwell and Kurlon, major mattress brands, choose Unicommerce to enhance their e-commerce. This reflects the increasing significance of online shopping for sleep-related products like mattresses, bedding, and pillows, prompting both companies to strengthen their e-commerce efforts.
The e-commerce mattress industry faces challenges like managing custom orders, packaging issues, and lack of standardization. Unicommerce’s platform streamlines custom-sized orders, centralizes fulfillment, ensures accuracy, and speeds up processing. It also helps manage returns, enhancing the overall shopping experience. On average, brands process 4,000 monthly orders using Unicommerce’s system.
Sheela Foam, the parent company of Sleepwell, recently acquired Kurlon. Both brands use Unicommerce for order processing on their websites and marketplaces. Kurlon also uses Unicommerce for warehouse management, improving inventory visibility across locations.
