New Delhi: Bata India has appointed Deepika Deepti as the Head of Marketing. With 2 decades of experience at leading brands and a strong understanding of the retail industry, Deepika will lead Bata India’s marketing strategy, known for her influence in the sneaker culture in India. She is set to bring a fresh, stylish direction to the brand.
During her time at adidas, she significantly impacted business growth in India and Emerging markets, transforming the sneaker industry there through adidas Originals, Yeezy & Neo. As CEO at CAMP SMA, she led Bhaane, Veg Non Veg, and partnered with Nike India. At Metro Brands Ltd, as Senior VP of Marketing, she introduced the “Takes you to the new” campaign for metro shoes and drove cultural movements for Fitflop and Fila.
