Ritu Mittal from Bayer Consumer Health, has taken up the additional responsibilities of Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. She is currently serving as Head – Marketing and Digital in India.
In her new role, she will develop brands and businesses for Bayer Consumer Health in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and India.
Revealing the new role on her LinkedIn handle, Mittal wrote, “I am excited to take on the additional responsibility of serving the ~200 million consumers in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, in addition to the 1.4 billion consumers in India, with best-in-class science-based self-care solutions. The past four years have been a thrilling experience, and I am committed to applying all the learnings from the India launch to drive impactful results. Prior to Bayer Consumer Health, Mittal associated with organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Accenture, Mentor Graphics, Atrenta India and Delhi College of Engineering, working in various illustrious roles.
With over 19 years of experience, Mittal has proven track record of FMCG, Consumer Health and Technology. She also has excelled in delivering exceptional business results during transformations, influencing senior leadership, and building high-performance teams.
