Ipsos, a market research company, has announced the acquisition of Crownit. This company provides a mobile and online panel and data collection platform, giving access to India’s largest community of consumers across 40 cities.
Crownit’s focus on mobile-first strategy enables Ipsos to transition a significant portion of its traditional offline research capabilities into digital formats, tapping into India’s growing mobile usage across various socioeconomic segments. This strategy enhances the representativeness of digital samples, leading to quicker, high-quality data collection, and increased operational efficiency.
