Reckitt, a global consumer health leader, has appointed Kanika Kalra as Regional Marketing Director for Health & Nutrition in South Asia. In this role, Kanika will steer marketing strategies for Reckitt’s health and nutrition brands in India and other South Asian markets.
Before Reckitt India, Kanika was a Partner at McKinsey& Company, focusing on Consumer, Technology, and Marketing. From 2020-2023, she managed the Mumbai office, leading diversity and inclusion efforts in McKinsey India.
Prior to McKinsey, Kanika has worked with Snapdeal, Unilever in Personal Care, and Pepsico as well as GSK Consumer.

Kanika has 20+ years of experience in consumer, technology, and marketing across various sectors like personal care, beauty, food, fashion, and E-Commerce.
She holds a bachelor’s degree of Arts in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, and a PGDM in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
