Prior to BCCL, Ghosh worked for Viacom18 between 2021 and 2024, alongside he served as Board of Advisors for Academic Council in Marketing at Indian Institute of Management. Previous to this, he has had been a Member of Governing Board – Alumni Chair at Goa Institute of Management.
Ghosh served as Consultant & Managing Partner at LIQVD ASIA from 2020 to 2021. Prior to his tenure with LIQVID ASIA, he was associated with Star Tv Network between 2015 and 2020, thereby playing various leading roles.
Before his stint with Star Tv Network, Ghosh worked at Axis Bank where he led marketing between 2011 and 2015. Previous to this, he worked with top organizations such as Grey Worldwide, TBWA\ India, HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited, Franklin Templeton Investments and Shinsei Corporate Advisory India Pvt. Ltd.
With over 23 years of experience, Ghosh has expertise in Marketing Strategy, Content Strategy, Brand Strategy, P&L Management, General Management, Communications, Media, Product Launches, Campaign Planning & Implementation across different industries – Media, Financial Services, Advertising and Edutech.
