Croma has elevated Shibashish Roy as its new Deputy CEO. Prior to this he was the Chief Operating Officer of the company. In his new role, Roy is responsible for driving the growth and transformation of India’s leading omnichannel electronics retailer.

Prior to Croma, Roy associated with Tata Sons where he supported the Chairman and Group Strategy Head on portfolio strategy and business opportunities. Roy also worked at Tata Capital Markets for a period of over 6 years, serving various roles at the company. He led the strategy and sales function for the wealth management group.
Roy started his career at Tata Motors where he was involved in global sourcing and new car platform development. He holds a MBA degree in Management from Indian Institute of Technology.
