Urban Company has unveiled its campaign to mark the ninth year of operations in India. The company has marked these last nine years with innovation and a dedication to providing at-home services to millions of customers. The campaign has been conceptualised and created by Talented Agency and Superfly Films.
The campaign film shows a service partner engaging in a conversation with a young boy during a bathroom cleaning service. As the boy incessantly chats with the service partner, he unknowingly makes a derogatory comment. Taken aback but not frazzled, the partner explains to the young boy that no matter what the job is that one does, it must be done to perfection. The child accepts this in his innocence, and continues his incessant chatter. The message of the brand film is clear – that all work deserves dignity and respect.
