Gulf Oil Lubricants India has launched a campaign for its product Gulf Pride Scooter Plus engine oil featuring cricketer Smriti Mandhana. The campaign seeks to promote the product, with a humorous twist.
The value proposition of the campaign is the ‘Insta Zoom’ that comes with using the Gulf Pride Scooter Plus. And thanks to this, Mandhana’s scooter is in high demand – from a father late for dropping his son to school, to the local policemen chasing a thief and even a superhero looking to get to a building on fire real quick – everyone wants her two-wheeler for its pickup and speed. Gulf also engaged influencers in the pre-launch phase, holding placards with the question, “Smriti aapka scooter milega kya?”.
