Shiv Sethuraman, chief executive officer of Percept One, has resigned after spending barely six months at the agency. According to sources, Sethuraman is headed to Cheil, where he will head the agency’s operations across South and West Asia.
It may be recalled that Sethuraman joined Percept One in July this year, when the parent company re-structured its verticals and consolidated all marketing communications services into a single business entity – Percept One. Prior to joining Percept One, he was CEO of TBWA India Group.
Sethuraman has over two decades of experience in the media and communications domain, during which time he worked closely on brands like Nissan, Adidas, Cadbury, Castrol, Unilever, Shell, Louis Vuitton, Coca-Cola Europe, Europcar, IBM, Unilever and Nestle, among others.
Between 2001 and 2008 Sethuraman worked at Ogilvy Paris. In 2008, he joined TBWA India.
