We have all used hand-me-downs, be it clothes or electronics, and Samsung Galaxy Smartphones’ campaign is inspired by just that. Conceptualised by Cheil India, the campaign renders a fresh take on making great tech affordable.
Featuring the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip5 smartphones, the campaign addresses Gen Z and millennials with a plethora of features. More importantly, it elaborates on its exchange offers and reward points as the festive season approaches.
The campaign features two siblings where the older brother gives his old phone to his sister when he gets a new one. The younger sibling, in turn uses his old phone to exchange it for a new phone for herself, getting the benefits of the exchange offer.

Speaking about the campaign, Srijib Mallik, Head of Business – Samsung, Cheil India, said, “Hand-me-down is common practice amongst siblings. However, with our attractive offers one can get into the aspirational Galaxy series. Through slice-of-life films, we have catapulted this observation into a theme that holds the entire campaign together.”
