Tata Cliq is promising to help users find their ‘perfect match’ with beauty products in its campaign featuring actor Kriti Sanon, thanks to its app that makes personalised recommendations based on skin type, hair type, beauty goals and other factors.

Tata CLiQ Palette is billed as a one-stop shop for all things beauty. The #YourBeautyMatchmaker campaign created by Havas Worldwide India comprises multiple films to introduce beauty lovers to the matchmaker to help them find the right products, connect them with a beauty community, and offer access to tips and tricks from celebrity experts, informed an official statement.
The films feature Sanon in casual conversations with another lady, and play on the ‘matchmaking’ efficacy of the app.

Tata CLiQ Palette’s feature Beauty ID asks the user a curated set of questions. This intelligent system collects essential information about skin type, concerns, preferences and beauty goals. With this knowledge, Beauty ID harnesses artificial intelligence to analyse user responses and generates tailored recommendations, according to the company.
