Tamil GEC Star Vijay has launched a reality show ‘Kadha Naayagi’ (heroine). The winner of the reality show will get to play the heroine in a fiction show on the channel.
Auditions for the same were held across locations in Tamilnadu. From hundreds of aspirants, eight were chosen to be part of the show.
‘Kadha Naayagi’ will be judged by actor-producer Radhikaa Sarathkumar and film director KS Ravikumar. It will air Saturdays and Sundays from 29 July at 9.30 pm and will be hosted by ‘Kalakkapovathu Yaaru’ fame Kureshi and Bala.
A channel statement said that the show will exhibit each contestant’s real character as well as how they enact the given characters in the series.
