Namrata Vijay Gosavi from Wieden+Kennedy and Nilanjan Das from India Today Group will join the 100-member One Club’s Young Guns Jury from India this year.
The One Club for Creativity’s Global Young Guns (21st edition) jury to pick creative professionals aged 30 or less comprises 100 professionals from 47 countries.
Young Guns is a global, cross-disciplinary, portfolio-based awards competition. The program is open to creatives aged 30 or less with at least two years of work experience.
Das is Group CCE, Creative Unit Today; Group Creative Editor; Head of Design Data intelligence Unit in TV, at India Today Group in New Delhi.

Entries to the competition are now open with a final deadline of July 27, 2023.
Eligible entrants can submit a combination of professional and personal work in graphic design; advertising art direction and copywriting; architectural, environmental and interior design; industrial and product design; digital (UX/UI, experiential design, interactive, web design, apps, game development): film and animation (motion design, television, video); fashion; typography and lettering; illustration and photography.
For the 10th consecutive year, artists management agency and Young Guns sponsor Levine/Leavitt will confer on one winner the Artist In Residence Award.
The honour is presented annually to a newly crowned Young Gun whose body of work truly stands out, as judged by an advisory board of industry professionals across disciplines. The winner will receive a year of professional development, guidance and mentorship from Levine/Leavitt.
Indian team third at One Club Colorful Grant
Mehr Chatterjee and Aditya Dutta from Improper Design + Animation have won third place at the One Club Colorful Grant related to the Young Guns competition.
The Colorful Grant awards cash prizes to young creatives. Winners also get free entry to the Young Guns competition.
The New Delhi-based 2D animation-director team was the joint third place winner of the special grant programme.
