Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has introduced its annual ‘Monsoon Campaign’ car care service initiative across 120 service touchpoints in India. This month-long campaign, which started on July 1, 2023, aims to provide comprehensive service to customers.
Under the Monsoon campaign, customers can benefit from a complimentary 40-point check-up performed by trained professionals. This thorough examination helps identify existing or potential maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a smooth and comfortable driving experience while preventing potential breakdowns, said the automotive company.

Accessible service, customer centricity and hassle-free ownership is the core of our initiatives. Through the Monsoon Campaign, we aim to reiterate the importance of pre-monsoon maintenance care that is needed to ensure customer and vehicle safety owing to the tough driving conditions that the season brings.”
As part of its ‘Accessible Service’ strategy, Volkswagen aims to offer a service experience that not only reduces the cost of ownership but also provides peace of mind to customers. During the campaign, the brand presents offers on loyalty products such as Extended Warranty (EW), Service Value Package (SVP), and select Value-Added Services (VAS).
The company also offers doorstep service through Volkswagen Assistance and the Mobile Service Unit, covering 90 percent of the geography. Moreover, customers have the option to book service appointments and purchase loyalty products directly through the Volkswagen India website.
